Starting in Providence, Rhode Island, a vegan ice cream truck turned brick-and-mortar called Like No Udder is serving soy based soft serve and 12 flavors of hard ice cream made from a variety of bases (cashew, peanut, coconut). They have ice cream soda floats, shakes, and unicorns where the soft serve has the toppings whipped in.

Then on 3rd St. in New York City, you will find The Organic Grill, a burger restaurant which turned vegan in 2018. They have a  vegan brunch that includes Chocolate Waffles w Strawberries. Yum! Everything is made in-house including the burgers and cheese. They even offer gluten-free options including desserts, plus a range of organic vegan beers and wines.

Batter & Crumbs is calling our name on Reed St. in Philadelphia, Pa. with their daily vegan selection of fresh baked treats like cookies, pies, and cakes as well serving coffee and tea.

After a bit of fun in the sun, we need to pull into Earthly Cafe in Somers Point, New Jersey for a

Monkey Bowl full of chocolate, banana, and peanut butter goodness!

Their whole menu is vegan and includes various gluten-free options. With a menu that includes breakfast, lunch, smoothies, açaí bowls, banana whips, desserts, organic coffee, and loose leaf tea there is more than enough to choose to refuel for the day!

Just before the sun goes to bed, make sure to stop by My Vegan Sweet Tooth in Virginia Beach, Virginia for a Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookie Sandwich. This vegan baking company makes a variety of treats, from vegan donuts and cupcakes to muffins and pies, plus seasonal baked goods. They also create an assortment of savory food like bagels and cream cheese, rolls, and sometimes a quiche or a breakfast sandwich that you can tuck away in the cooler for the ride back home.
