Guest Spotlight: Chef Jenesis Prioleau

Guest Spotlight: Chef Jenesis Prioleau

TheVeganLifeShop is headquartered in Middletown, DE. It's a small area, with not enough vegan cuisine. For high-quality restaurant food we had to head up to Wilmington or Philadelphia. That's why I was super excited to learn about a new, gourmet vegan restaurant opening just minutes away

Who says you have to eat salad for the rest of your life? That’s a bunch of hogwash. That’s why Chef Jenesis Prioleau founded Believe it… It’s Vegan, in 2022, with the unorthodox idea of creating delicious art on a plate. Chef Jenesis has 7 years of experience in the culinary industry. Chef Jenesis is bringing the food you already love and transforming staple food into a delicious vegan meal. Chef Prioleau is also a culinary instructor at Cookology culinary in Arlington Virginia and teaches culinary arts at Ursuline academy. Her unique approach to vegan food prompted her to create a menu for all appetites using fresh organic farm-to-table ingredients that your body and soul will love.

Chef Jenesis was a contestant on MasterChef season 9 where her journey was cut short. Through her experience, she was inspired to learn and explore new culinary techniques and strive to bring healthy food to the forefront.

Even if you're farther away, check out her amazing cookbook. No Meat Allowed brings Jenesis Prioleau’s colorful love for vegetables into your kitchen. This is the perfect recipe book for anyone looking to learn how to make vegan cuisine with a twist. Unorthodox and nontraditional, Jenesis’s recipes open up Pandora’s box of spices Each flavor component she has created will send you on a journey of culinary fusion-style cooking Jenesis wasn’t always a vegan, and she shares the journey of her plant-based transformation and how vegetables gave her a second chance. Mouth-watering food photography taken from Jenesis’s kitchen will leave you wanting to eat the pages. No Meat Allowed brings a colorful love for vegetables into your kitchen with a guarantee that your body will have no complaints and will be asking for more.

Jenesis says: My restaurant journey has been amazing and I'm grateful for the experience. My menu is available for my gluten-free, my burger lover, and my vegan that love savory foods.
